Ideas for paying it forward:

  • Present a free NHA workshop (maybe make this more specific - within 3-6 months of CTI?)

  • Host a free NHA workshop in your home/space (with a fellow trainer)

  • Sponsor a NHA workshop (with a fellow trainer) - does this mean training, volunteering, donating/contributing space or time or resources?

  • Commit to connecting with a fellow trainer for self-reset and Inner wealth Breathing following CTI

  • Commit to joining NHI’s free trainer monthly connection meetings (on zoom, 3 options a month)

  • Commit to joining Mussi Diskins bi-monthly coaching group.

  • Commit to volunteering for arranging future NHA events and CTI’s.

  • Creating online promotional or educational materials. (i.e. social media posts/ podcast interview etc)
